High as the Heavens
Each cold season in Myanmar, you can witness this amazing sight. Every morning at sunrise, these beauties dot the skyline in cities where tourists and travelers frequent. They are so graceful rising through the early morning mist and filling the sky with colors rivaled only by the glorious sunrise. I haven't been brave enough to go up in a balloon yet, but one day.
As I watch these amazing hot air balloons rise, I cannot help but consider the Heavens that exist even higher than any of these man-made creations can rise. Even more so, I am in awe of the One who brought the Heavens into existence and creates for us a new masterpiece each morning. Even greater than that is His steadfast love for us!!
